Today’s Devotional is titled:
God’s Word Remains True, Even When You Doubt
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.” – Mark 13:31
There are days when you open your Bible and it just doesn’t “hit.” Like reading a textbook where the words go in one ear and out the other. But that doesn’t mean God’s Word has lost its power. In fact, when you remain faithful to read even when you don’t feel anything, your faith is being trained.
Imagine a farmer planting seeds. He doesn’t see results that very day. But he still sows, waters, and waits. God’s Word is a seed. It doesn’t always show results immediately, but it will surely grow.
Even when your mind is full of doubts, God’s Word stands firm. You don’t have to feel confident all the time in order to keep holding on to His promises.
What to Do:
1. Slowly read one of your favorite verses today, then write one simple sentence about its truth.
2. Commit to reading God’s Word again tomorrow — even if today doesn’t feel “impactful.”
